(RU) Article 1 . (EN) ai regulation Title Subject-matter and objectives

1. 본 규정은 개인정보의 처리에 있어 자연인을 보호하기 위한 규칙과 개인정보의 자유로운 이동에 관한 규칙에 대하여 규정한다.

1. This Regulation lays down rules relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and rules relating to the free movement of personal data.

2. 본 규정은 자연인의 자유와 기본권, 특히 개인정보 보호에 대한 권리를 보호한다.

2. This Regulation protects fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons and in particular their right to the protection of personal data.

3. 유럽연합 내에서 개인정보의 자유로운 이동은, 개인정보를 처리함에 있어 자연인의 보호와 연관되어 있다는 이유로, 제한되거나 금지되어서는 안 된다.

3. The free movement of personal data within the Union shall be neither restricted nor prohibited for reasons connected with the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
